2019 fatal drug overdose total appears to remain steady with the prior year of 2018. A final total will be known when all cases are complete and all toxicology has been returned to the Butler County Coroner's Office. While an improvement over the all time high in 2017 of 232, the County still maintains a high number of fatal drug overdoses.
